How do I activate my MioID code?

Your code can be activated in two ways: from the app mioID (purchasable on the apple or google play store) or through the website http://www.helpcodelife.com in the section “Activate code”.

I already have an account MioID, but I want to buy another bracelet, what do I do?

Inside your account mioID, you can connect as many code as you want, in this way you don’t have to insert all the information again.

How can I connect the new code to my account?

To connect a new code to your account you need to login in your mioID account, go in the section connected products and click on the plus, then insert a name (ex. White band) and the code printed on next to the QR code. For support contact help@helpcodelife.com

How can I delete the code?

To delete a code from your account you need to login in your mioID account, go in the section connected products and click on the trash. Remember that your code last for 1 year starting from the date of first activation. For support contact help@helpcodelife.com

How do I upload my data?

To upload your data you need to login in your mioID account with the email and password used during the registration, once inside your account you can add, modify and delete your data.

How do I scan my QR code?

To scan the QR Code you can use any QR code reader App

Are all my data protected?

Your data are stored in a protected server in Switzerland. The server has all the certifications requested for the protection of sensitive data.

If I want to delete my medical data, what do I have to do?

To delete your medical data you need to login in your mioID account with email and password used during the registration. Once, inside your account, you can delete the medical data by clicking on the trash.

Can I share my data?

Yes, you can share your documents. To share your documents you need to login in your personal account on  www.helpcodelife.com, then you go in the document section and click on the arrow to forward the document.

Is the medical staff informed about the code?

Yes, a major part of the medical staff is well informed and we are working to inform the remaining staff.

Instead of scanning is there any other way to show my data?

Yes, it is possible to read the QR code in 3 ways:
1– By scanning the QR code with any QR reader app.
2- By inserting in the browser www.forhelp.org/yourcode (the code printed next to the QR code).
3- By inserting the code in the emergency section you find on www.helpcodelife.com

What if I am trying to scan but I cannot see my data?

If you can’t see your data when scanning the QR code, try logging in your account on www.helpcodelife.com and go in the section linked products. Next to the trash it is displayed an on/off button. If the button is on it means that you have blocked your code. To unlock the code you need to switch the button to off.

Which payment method are accepted in the online shop?

In the online shop is possible to pay with Credit Card and Paypal.

How long will delivery takes?

To deliver in Italy it takes 24 to 48 hours and in the rest of the World it takes 1 week.
